F7 V-bank filters are a type of high-efficiency air filter used in HVAC systems and other industrial applications to remove airborne particulates from the airstream. These filters are classified according to the European Standard EN 779 (now superseded by ISO 16890), where the F7 designation indicates a minimum efficiency of 80-90% for particles between 0.4 and 0.7 microns in size.
The filter material of the V bank filter is the best water-resistant glass fiber filter paper, and there is no baffle pleated paper process.
The filter is characterized by large filtration area, low initial resistance, long service life, and small air supply system space.
The outer frame is made of polypropylene or ABS plastic shell, with high strength and good air flow impact resistance. It is suitable for ventilation systems with frequent changes in wind speed and pressure.
